Pet Portrait Digital Files are emailed within 1-2 business days from the final proof approval.

Magnetic Portraits and Make a Wish Bracelets are shipped free of charge via USPS First Class 2-5 Business Day Shipping within the contiguous US, including Alaska and Hawaii. Tracking is not included.

Canvas Portraits and Wreaths are shipped free of charge via USPS First Class 2-5 Business Day Shipping or UPS Ground 3-5 Business Day Shipping within the contiguous US, including Alaska and Hawaii. Tracking is included.

During the busy holiday season, shipments may take a little longer, but we do strive to maintain the same production time throughout the entire year. 

We do not ship Internationally at this time.
