CAN PORTRAITS INCLUDE HUMANS?
No can do. It is all about the animals!
CAN PORTRAITS INCLUDE MORE THAN ONE PET?
Sorry, but we like to focus on one pet at a time.
ARE SMARTPHONE PET PHOTOS ACCEPTABLE TO UPLOAD?
Yes, of course! However, before uploading, make sure the photo is clear and at least 1000px by 1000px. Close ups are best and your pet should be sitting or standing rather than lying down. Bright lighting indoors or during a bright day outdoors is best.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR CREATING A PET'S PORTRAIT?
As soon as you place your order for a Canvas Portrait or Magnetic Portrait, we will immediately begin working on your masterpiece. Within 2-3 business days we will email a portrait “proof” to you for your approval or revision request. Once we receive your final approval, your artwork will be finalized and then emailed or shipped to you depending on your type of purchase (digital file, canvas portrait or magnetic portrait).
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Processing Time: Once you place your order, there will be a 3-5 business day processing period before shipment (not including 2-3 business days "proof" time for Canvas Portraits and Magnetic Portraits.)
Shipping Time: After processing, your item(s) will be packaged and shipped the via USPS First Class Mail or UPS Ground which generally takes 2-5 business days.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Sorry, not at this time. However, it could be a possibility in the future!
WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
For orders that include tracking: When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include the shipping details and the tracking number.
Orders can be tracked on our Track Your Order page or at USPS.com. You can also create a customer account on our website to monitor the order status and order history.
Please track your packages. 4 Love of Dogs is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Packages may/will be left at your front door by the postal courier if no one is home to receive it. We have no control over what happens to your package once the postal courier delivers it.
We do not replace or refund orders that are scanned “delivered” by USPS.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. If there is a problem with your package delivery or tracking number, please contact USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS.
DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
Yes. A 6% sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped within the State of Florida.
WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept major credit cards and debit cards through a secure server. Your card will be charged the full amount at the time of purchase. We also accept Google Pay and Apple Pay.
